Building out shared capabilities to accelerate insights, analytics, and innovation for our customers and colleagues is the focus of the Data Analytics team. Our global team of Data Scientists, Engineers, Analysts, and Stewards are working to unlock actionable insights for our customers. Our goal is to build, embed, and mature a data-driven culture across the entire organization.

Our Shared Capabilities team is where we build the foundational services that power Thomson Reuters products. Collaboration, co-development, and being customer-obsessed allow us to focus on delivering and enhancing our digital products to customers. Bringing closer alignment of the technology work we do to the product and business outcomes is the priority of the CIO. The CIO shared services capability spans Service Management, Digital Commerce, Platforms Engineering, and Architecture. Using modern technology, platforms, and services, we maintain a focus on customers while making it easier for our internal consumers to use our services.

Our cyber team provides the foundation that helps safeguard our customers’ data and ours. We are constantly monitoring and assessing the information security environment while developing world-class protection and response capabilities. We continuously evolve our approaches to ensure they are the most secure and align or exceed international standards.
