Thomson Reuters Foundation Recognized
National Charity Award: Thomson Reuters Foundation took a top prize at the Charity Awards in London for TrustLaw Connect, its free legal service for NGOs and social enterprises.
Online Media Awards 2012: The Foundation received two commendations at Britain’s prestigious Online Media Awards. The Foundation’s humanitarian news service, AlertNet, was commended for “Best Designed Site,” and its multimedia trilogy, "The Egyptian Revolution," won the "Best Video Journalism" award.
6th Annual Webby Awards: The Thomson Reuters Foundation’s AlertNet Climate was selected by the 16th Annual Webby Awards as an Official Honoree in the Green Category. The award is given to an outstanding site focusing on “green” issues including concerns for environmental conservation and improvement of the state of the environment.
