Manvinder (Vindi) Banga joined Clayton, Dubilier &  Rice, LLC, a private equity investment firm, as an Operating Partner based in London in June 2010. Prior to that, he held a number of senior executive positions over his 33 year career with Unilever, including President, Food, Home & Personal Care of Unilever PLC, Business Group President of Unilever’s Home and Personal Care business in Asia and Chairman and Managing Director of Hindustan Unilever Ltd.

Mr. Banga is a member of the Prime Minister of India’s Council on Trade & Industry. He is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi, where he completed his Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering and the IIM Ahmedabad where he obtained a post graduate degree in
Management.
