Roger Martin is Dean of the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, a post-secondary educational institution, a position he has held since 1998. Previously, Mr. Martin was a Director of Monitor Company, a global strategy consulting firm.

Mr. Martin is also Chair of the Ontario Task Force on Competitiveness, Productivity and Economic Progress. In addition to serving on the board of Research in Motion Ltd., he is also on the boards of several not-for-profit organizations.

He has an MBA from Harvard University.
