H1N1 influenza (swine flu)

The Thomson Reuters Incident Management Team (IMT) is monitoring the situation regarding the outbreak of H1N1 influenza very closely and takes the potential threat it presents to business continuity very seriously. The IMT is concerned with the safety of Thomson Reuters employees and with the business continuity of its customers. It is meeting frequently to review the changing situation and is drawing on information from the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, individual country advisories and Reuters News coverage to inform its view.

Thomson Reuters has tested comprehensive business wide plans in place to deal with disruptions to business continuity. Currently we are operating 'business as usual'. The IMT is alert to the concerns of our customers and will continue to monitor the H1N1 influenza situation closely and to review our plans dynamically to ensure we remain fully prepared to respond to any change in the current situation.
