Robert D. Daleo is Vice Chairman of Thomson Reuters. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Thomson Reuters and as Chief Financial Officer of The Thomson Corporation, also serving on The Thomson Corporation's Board of Directors; as Executive Vice President of Business Operations and Planning, and prior to that as Senior Vice President of Finance and Business Development. Daleo also was the Chief Operating Officer of Thomson Newspapers and a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Thomson Newspapers when he joined the company in 1994.

Before joining Thomson, Daleo held various financial and operational positions with McGraw-Hill and Automatic Data Processing.

Daleo is on the board of directors of Equifax Inc. and is Chairman and a member of the board of directors of the New Jersey Community Development Corporation. He is a member of Fordham University's President's Council and the Board of Trustees. He is a former member of the Advisory Board of Rutgers University's Prudential Center for Business Ethics and a past Chairman of Northwestern Mutual Insurance Company's Policyowners Examining Committee.

He holds an undergraduate degree from Fordham University and an MBA in finance from the City University of New York.
