Thomson Reuters Founders Share Company Directors
The Thomson Reuters Founders Share Company Directors are experienced and eminent people from the world of politics, diplomacy, journalism, public service and business. They are selected by a Nomination Committee and proposed to the Board of the Founders Share Company for appointment. The Directors are also the Members of the Company, collectively known as the Thomson Reuters Trustees.
The number of Directors has to be at least fourteen and not more than eighteen. There are a minimum of two meetings per year. Directors receive reports on Thomson Reuters activities in the different fields in which it operates and meet with both the Thomson Reuters Board and management.
