Domestic and international capital raising (including acting for Reuters on its reconstruction and flotation in 1983/84), mergers and acquisitions, privatisations, reconstructions and other general corporate and corporate finance work. Advisor to the Governors and Head of the Legal Unit at the Bank of England 1996-2001 and Advisor to the Governor 2005-6. Senior consultant to Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer 2001-2006.
