Global Equity OP provides a consolidated feed of global equity ownership information covering institutions, mutual funds and beneficial stakeholders. Includes current and historical security holdings information collected from 50,000 global portfolios, more than 50,000 global companies and complete UK share register analysis. Data includes shares held, percent of shares outstanding, report date for each owner/security, aggregated owner and security statistics, and investor profiles (add-on service). Coverage includes 70 countries and more than 10 years of history, back to January 1997.
Regional Equity OP provides equity ownership information of institutions, mutual funds and beneficial stakeholders. Includes current and historical security holdings information collected from securities whose primary exchange is within the specified region. Data includes shares held, percent of shares outstanding, report date for each owner/security, aggregated owner and security statistics, and investor profiles. Available for the Americas, UK/EMEA, Asia Pac and Japan-only.
Kanji Feeds is an add-on service providing Japanese local language capabilities. It provides Kanji translations for Japanese owners, securities, addresses and other data items available in the standard OP data feeds. The new add-on feed is sold in conjunction with the OP standard Ownership, OP Asia Pacific, OP Japanese and Institutional and Professional Profiles datafeeds.
Insider Filings is designed to capture all U.S. insider activity as reported on Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Forms 3, 4, 5, and 144 in line-by-line detail. It adds value by making systematic interpretations on the accuracy of as-reported data and inserts “cleansed” fields for comparison. By using alternate sources of data to interpret and correct inaccurate fields or omissions, Thomson Reuters ensures the most accurate information.
Asian Insider provides data on equity transactions by more than 38,000 individuals and institutions classified as insiders in Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Singapore and Taiwan. Insiders may include an officer, director, person with a policy-making role in a company, or a beneficial owner of a company’s stock, who are required by their respective governments to report stock transaction activity, direct or indirect holdings. Insiders’ stock transaction activities and holdings offer insights that can reflect corporate insiders’ views on their companies’ stocks, which may serve as a buy or sell signal in the stock or industry.
Canadian Insider provides active insider filers include over 3,400 companies and 45,000 owners. Gain access to daily updates of Canadian insider transactions and historical Canadian insider transactions back to October 2003. Covers purchases, sales, gifts, other dispositions, exercise, expiration, and initial holdings.
UK Insider with more than 28,000 active filers and over 300,000 director’s dealings, is available from 1998 onwards, including both electronic data and paper documents. It provides updated directors’ dealings and purchase for cancellation announcements, and includes substantial holders’ buys or sells over 3% of a company’s share issue and fund managers’ holdings over 10%.
