- Create presentations with a consistent look and feel. The product seamlessly delivers your firm's color palette, layouts and styling to end users within Microsoft Office®. This ensures your users across the organization are applying consistent layouts and styles in any presentations that they produce.
- Maintain quality and ensure accuracy. Create dynamic links between content in Excel® and PowerPoint® or Word™ so charts, tables and text can be easily created and updated in the correct style and with accurate information. You can also view and manage all links in a single place with the click of a button.
- Centrally manage and support your brand and push out changes rapidly. A master brand repository is used to store your brand assets enabling you to define and maintain a consistent brand definition for presentations. It provides tools for you to update all or parts of your brand definition centrally, including legal disclaimer and boilerplate information, and push it out to end users.
Thomson Reuters Blueprint for Deal Making is installed as a set of Microsoft Office® Add-Ins and enables you to:
- Select pre-defined branded PowerPoint® templates for your firm or business division. They are stored centrally and can be maintained by an administrator so they are always up to date.
- Choose layouts for specific slides that align with your firm’s best practices and brand guidelines.
- Create charts, tables and other exhibits that are in the correct format and style.
- Create dynamic links between content in Excel® and PowerPoint® or Word TM so charts, tables and graphs can be easily created and updated in the correct style and with accurate information.
- Save time and eliminate errors with an automated table of contents which stays in sync as you add sections, tabs or dividers, and move slides around.
- Swap logos in and out of an entire presentation easily to repurpose an existing pitch or adapt to joint-bank presentations.
- Refresh disclaimer slides to get the most up to date legal text, ensuring you are in compliance.
