Files are delivered via a Content Download Tool that automatically pulls the video files sitting on a content delivery network (CDN) once they are released. Customers can also opt to receive the XML wrapper files via FTP, and retrieve the video files using the references enclosed.

All formats include the English voiceover. The Mpeg2 and MP3 formats carry dual audio tracks containing both natural sound and English voiceover.
