Fully integrated with MetaCore, MetaDrug, and MetaBase, the underlying database of genes, proteins, compounds, and interactions, the Pathway Map Creator enables you to build custom signaling, metabolic and transport pathways from scratch, convert networks into pathway view, and edit any canonical pathway maps from the MetaCore collection. Once you complete the construction of your map, you can save it as an image or xml file or “publish” the map to the canonical map ontology to be used in enrichment analysis, or simply as a template for overlaying your data.
