Staff Dashboard

Allow staff to access their own personal information such as their schedule, projects, tasks, emails, etc. This dashboard integrates with Microsoft Outlook email, calendar, and tasks.

Client Dashboard

Access demographic data, billing history, payment history, current balances, WIP, emails specific to respective clients, client documents, and other client-specific information. From the Solutions portlet, you can easily access  CS Professional Suite  programs and any other programs that you use for each client.

Firm Dashboard

Get a real-time view of the state of your firms receivables, billings, collections, profitability, staff productivity, and historical information. View any report with real-time data displayed.

Home Dashboard

Use the Home Dashboard to display multiple portlets such as system information, RSS Feeds, Practice CS News Feed, Web Pages, and many others.

Comprehensive Time & Billing and Reporting Functionality

Practice CS enables you to quickly and automatically record time and expenses, and bill clients using virtually any billing method, such as fixed-fee, progress, retainer, etc. You can also create customized invoices and statements, record and track accounts receivable transactions, and create detailed reports and summaries.

Custom Formatting

With the easy to use custom formatting options, Practice CS allows you to create and modify existing standard formats, including content, layout, and appearance, as well as letting you create new invoices, statements, reports, labels, and letter formats.

Automated Timekeeping

A small and convenient desktop timer is available to use with any application. The timer automatically records time spent on various projects. You can then easily transfer data into the Time and Expense Entry. Because projects can be launched from a staff dashboard, all time and entry details can be pre-set for staff, cutting down significantly on entry errors and time needed to make adjustments.

Remote Time Entry

Staff members can enter time using their laptops while they are out in the field, and if they have Internet connections while out of the office, they can transmit their entries back to the office for immediate review and billing. Staff members without an Internet connection can make their entries available for review upon returning to the office and connecting to the network.

The comprehensive reporting capabilities in Practice CS enable you to quickly access and print detailed information that will give you helpful insight into your business. Invoicing and CS Payment Integration with NetClient CS

A new CS Payment service has been added to NetClient CS ™ that allows your clients to pay their Practice CS invoices online with a credit card. Practice CS sends invoices to the NetClient CS portals in PDF for your clients' review. Your clients can then pay the invoices online, and the payment application will be automatically transmitted to Practice CS. Email messages are sent to both your clients and your NetFirm CS™ administrator informing them of newly available invoices and received payments.
