CMN.ATO.GEN.001001: Mandatory field not supplied - Report TypeVariation Code
Cause
The document ID and type variation code in the PLS Activity Statement is not completed.
Solution
When the PLS Activity Statement form is created, Tax Assistant will pre-fill the document ID and type variation code from the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). See the ATO website for a list of type variations.
If the PLS Activity Statement form does not pre-fill, and you get the message,
No activity statement available
. The taxpayer has an ABN branch number you'll need to enter in the client details (next to the ABN), then create the form again. note
The taxpayer's ABN branch can be found on the Tax agent portal, activity statement page next to 00#.
