If you forget your password or need to change it, you can reset it on the sign-in screen.
Go to the
Thomson Reuters Account
sign-in screen, then enter your email address.
Select
Reset your password
, then select
Send link
.
Go to your email Inbox and find the
Password reset request
email.
note
If you don't receive the email, you may need to add access.info@thomsonreuters.com to your email contact list or allowed contacts list.
Select the link to complete the password change.
Enter your new password twice, then select
Change password
.
Your new password needs to meet these requirements or you'll receive an error:
Minimum of 8 characters in length
Must contain three of the four following character types:
lower case (a-z)
upper case (A-Z)
numbers (0-9)
special characters (!@#$%^&*)
No easily guessed words or phrases
