You can display the direct history of a case and its related proceedings, where applicable.

Case history

Select the
History
 tab to of a case to display its history.

Related proceedings

Related proceedings are available for a case where there are interlocutory matters for any level of the case history.
Select
Related Proceedings available for this Case History
 to go to the Related Proceedings section.
The related proceedings document includes its own citation, a link to the decision along with the main history of the case, and the related proceedings information. Where available, it also includes a statement of proceedings with information about the nature of interlocutory matter.
