Create customized client pricing and target options

Customized client pricing is an optional feature you can use to apply a discount to the total charges in your report or set a monthly fixed billing amount that applies to the client or user charges.
Do the following to set up customized client pricing in the Westlaw Reporting System:
  1. On the Create Report page, mark the checkboxes for
    Apply Customized Client Pricing
    ,
    Target Options
    , or both.
  2. note
    If the client should be excluded from customized client pricing, unmark these checkboxes.
  3. Select
    Submit
    .
  4. On the Select Customized Client Pricing and Target Report Options page, enter a monthly fixed amount or a discount rate in the fields.
  5. Mark
    Amount of Discount
    to show the difference in dollars after the discount or fixed amount rate is applied.
  6. Select the client IDs to exclude from the customized pricing.
  7. note
    You can enter partial client IDs or matter IDs to exclude clients or matters..
  8. Select the Client IDs to include in the report and display their portion of the charges.
  9. note
    You can enter partial client IDs or matter IDs to include these client or matters. For example, you can enter 999 to include all client IDs that begin with 999 Enter 1 at the start position to include.
  10. Select the users to include in the report and to display their portion of the charges.
  11. Select
    Submit
    .
