Quantum Services search results

You can print, email, or download the full results list, with the option to include or exclude the summary table and chart. Your Quantum Services search results contain the following sections.

Summary Table

The Summary Table displays the penalty range for the main award and wherever it's broken out in the quantum award by type. It displays the calculated average and median. Hover over the smallest or largest award amount to display the name of the case for that amount.

Award Over Time Graph

The Award Over Time Graph displays where all the decisions lie within that range, graphed by the award amount and time. Hover over an orange dot on the chart to see the name of the case or cases that fall within that specific range.
Select the case to go to the digest.
A trend line shows the moving average for your result list. Zoom in on any part of chart by highlighting the section. Select
Reset zoom
 to return to the full chart.

Digests

Digests are sorted by award, highest to lowest. Select a case name from the list to display the full text of the digest. Select the link at the end of the digest to display the full text along with cross-references to related case and secondary sources.
