You may get the following error message when you try to sign in to your Thomson Reuters Account.

Something's not right. There's a technical issue on our end. Try refreshing the page.
Cause
This error happens when:
- an incorrect two-factor authentication code is used
- there's a server or connection error
Solution
Refresh the page and try your action again. If you entered an authentication code, generate a new code.
If the issue continues, contact your administrator.
