You can use an add-in to save Word or Excel documents directly to GoFileRoom. Follow these steps to add Word or Excel documents to GoFileRoom using the GoFileRoom Office toolbar.
With a document open in Word or Excel, select the GoFileroom tab, then
Add to GoFileRoom
.
Sign in to GoFileRoom if you haven't already, then choose a drawer to save your document to.
Enter index information for your document, then select
Save
.
Your document will show as checked out until you select
