Error: 2013 period is wrong in a report in Accounts Production Advanced

Scenario

After you add a table to report, a column heading of the table shows the wrong year for the accounting period.

Open the affected report in Design mode.

Double-click on the affected column of the table.

In the

Design Smart Table

window, double-click on the affected column.

In the

Edit Value Column

window, select the Column contents
tab.

In the Column Format group, select the ellipsis button next to the Column heading
field.

In the

Edit Text

window, select OK
.

note

If you don't make any changes in the

Edit Text

window and select OK
, then Accounts Production Advanced will update the column heading to show the correct year for you.

Select OK
in the

Edit Value Column

window to save your change.
