Error in template: the taxonomy with the namespace could not be found in Accounts Production Advanced

Scenario

You may get the following error message when you update a client:

Error in template the taxonomy with the namespace http://xbrl.frc.org.uk/secr/2021-01-01/combined/secr-FRS-102-2021-01-01 could not be found.

Cause

This error occurs after you update clients to the Practice Master based on the UK FRS 102 version 19 template, or higher, when you are not using the latest version of Accounts Production Advanced.

Solution

  1. Select
    Help
    , then
    About Digita Accounts Production Advanced
    .
  2. Select the
    General
     tab.
  3. Check which version of Accounts Production Advanced you have installed.
  4. Check the latest version number of Accounts Production Advanced in our Digita releases help topic.
  5. Update Accounts Production Advanced if you don't have the most recent version installed.
