Schema ref error for FRS 102 created in Accounts Production Advanced and filed with Company Secretarial
Scenario
After preparing FRS 102 accounts in Accounts Production Advanced you try to file them with Company Secretarial, but get a Schema ref error message.
Solution
In Accounts Production Advanced, select the
Summary
tab.
Under the Client Details heading, select the
General
link.
In the Financial statements to be filed with section, make sure that
Companies House
is selected.
note
If you do not see
Companies House
as an option, contact Customer Support and ask to be moved onto the latest version of FRS 102, which will include this option.
Select
OK
.
Export and and re-file the accounts with Company Secretarial.
Return to Accounts Production Advanced and open the report you are trying to file.
Select the
Report Structure
tab.
If the folder at the top is in bold formatting, right-click it, then select
Revert to Template
. If you cannot select
Revert to Template
, sign off and sign in again as Administrator and try steps 6 to 9 again.
If the folder at the top is not in bold, it may be because it's in your Master client, in which case it would affect all FRS 102 clients. If this is the case, take the following steps:
Select the Template Entities tab to open your FRS 102 Master client.
Enter
DoNotDelect
if you're asked to enter a password.
Open a report, such as FRS 102 Micro Entities.
Select the
Report Structure
tab.
If the top folder is in bold, right-click it and select
Revert to Template
.
