Template installation

Before installing the update,  you'll need to make sure that your version of  Accounts Production Advanced is 6.30.9574.38 or later. To check this, go to Help, then About Digita Accounts Production Advanced. You can download the latest versions of the Digita applications from the Product downloads page and read our Installation Guides.
The new templates include 2023 iXBRL taxonomy. If you've not yet installed the UK FRS 102 limited company template version 27 or the UK IFRS template version 30 then, where your practice has customized templates, you'll need to either:
  • Revert them to template before applying the taxonomy update, then remake the customizations
  • Apply the taxonomy update manually. Read the UK FRS 102 version 25 known issue — Support Bulletin 09/11/2023 release note for guidance on this.
To download and install template updates:
  1. Sign in as a user with administrator permissions.
  2. Select
    Tools
    , then
    Content download
    .
  3. View the available updates and select
    Install
     for the updates you want.

Known issues

  • If you export a report to Excel, you'll need to first clear the
    Contents page
     template checkbox in the Report structure.
  • If you export a report to Word, unless the report includes 3 or more signatories, use the vertical presentation otherwise the export will end at the signatories.
