Use page breaks to close up gaps on a report

  1. View the report.
  2. Identify where there are gaps between notes, which you could close up to improve the presentation.
    The following example shows 2 pages from a report. There's a long gap after note 4 on the 1st page. You could insert a page break at note 7 on the next page, which would make notes 5 and 6 move back onto the 1st page and fill the gap.

  3. Right-click on the heading that you want to appear at the top of the page, then select
    Properties
    from the context menu.
  4. Mark the
    Page break before
    checkbox.
  5. Select
    OK
    and let Accounts Production Advanced update the report.
