Companies House fee changes and form updates — Support Bulletin 02/05/24
Companies House fees have changed from 1 May 2024. Companies House has updated the relevant forms, some of which you can generate in Company Secretarial.
Forms in Company Secretarial affected by fee changes
- NM01 — Notice of change of name by resolution (new fee: £30)
- NM05 — Notice of change of name by resolution by directors (new fee: £30)
- DS01 — Striking off application by a company (new fee: £44)
- SH19 (s644/s649) — Statement of capital for reduction supported by solvency statement or court order (£33)
They are only available for paper filing from within Company Secretarial. Companies House has confirmed it will accept the existing forms sent with the correct fee.
Companies House is planning further legislative changes within the next 6 to 12 months. These changes will require us to release an update to Company Secretarial and the revised forms will be included in that release.
