An older template assigned to the client in
Accounts Production Advanced
(or
Accounts Production
, if you use this application).
The report not being one of default reports in
Accounts Production Advanced
(or
Accounts Production
, if you use this application).
We recommend that you try the following 2 solutions in order.
Solution 1: Check and update the template
In
Accounts Production Advanced
or
Accounts Production
, select
Financial Period Templates
, then
Template Manager
.
In the Template Manager table, select the
UK FRS 102
section.
note
This will show a
Practice UK FRS 102 Master
subsection. Check that the client and financial period you are trying to file is included in this list.
Check that the number in the Version column of this
UK FRS 102
section is the same number as the most recent version of UK FRS 102.
If you do not find the latest version of
UK FRS 102
in the Template Manager list:
Select
Tools
, then
Content Downloads
to add it.
Open the client and select
Update
.
Solution 2: Check the report used is a default report
Open the client in
Accounts Production Advanced
(or
Accounts Production
if you're using that application).
Select the
Reports
tab.
Check that you are using one of the following default reports from the Reports List:

FRS 102 Dormant Financial Statements.
FRS 102 Financial Statements.
FRS 102 Section 1A – bridged Financial Statements.
FRS 102 Section 1A – Small Entities.
If you're not using one of the default reports, take the followings steps:
Open the default report that's an equivalent to the report you are using.
Go to the
Related Party Transactions
note.
Right-click on the tables in the note and select
Go To XML
from the context menu.
Copy all the XML, then close the report.
Open the non-default report you're using, right-click on the tables in the
Related Party Transactions
note, and select
Go to XML
.
Delete the existing XML, then paste the XML that you copied from the default report.
note

Related Party Transactions
note have the latest XML code you should be able to file without getting this error.
