Roll forward all clients to next year in Personal Tax

  • Create a backup of your Personal, Business and Trust Tax database.
  • Make sure that any clients who had returns in the previous tax year but shouldn't be rolled forward are marked as
    Inactive
    or
    Dormant
    .
  1. Make sure that the default tracker is correct for the following year.
  2. Select
    Tools
    , then
    Global Client Operations
    .
  3. Choose the type of clients to roll forward.
  • If, after rolling forward, you add schedules to the client in the previous year, Personal, Business and Trust Tax will not pull them forward automatically.
  • Clients that aren't selected can be rolled forward individually.
