Roll forward all clients to next year in Personal Tax
Create a backup of your Personal, Business and Trust Tax database.
Make sure that any clients who had returns in the previous tax year but shouldn't be rolled forward are marked as
Inactive
or
Dormant
.
Make sure that the default tracker is correct for the following year.

If you need to change the default tracker after you roll forward clients, you can only do so on a client-by-client basis.
Select
Tools

Global Client Operations
.
Choose the type of clients to roll forward.
note
You can create a return for clients who have not finalised in the previous year.
If, after rolling forward, you add schedules to the client in the previous year, Personal, Business and Trust Tax will not pull them forward automatically.
Clients that aren't selected can be rolled forward individually.
