Submit a computation instead of SA302 for a mortgage application in Personal Tax

HMRC and UK Finance agreement on SA302

Form SA302 cannot be produced in Personal, Business and Trust Tax because HMRC does not allow it to be edited.  However, following an agreement between HMRC and UK Finance (formerly the Council of Mortgage Lenders), you can submit third-party computations in place of the SA302 for the purpose of mortgage applications.
If a mortgage provider from the list of approved lenders refuses to accept an SA302 produced via third party software, contact HMRC for guidance.
