Create a Tracker Template in Practice Management

Use the Tracker Task Templates and Tracker Task List Templates you've created to make a Tracker Template that you can assign to clients.
  • An Administrator account or a role that has permission to work with Tracker Templates.
  • A Task Template or Task Template List.
  1. Select
    Tools
    , then
    Manage Trackers.
  2. Select
    Manage Tracker Templates
    .
  3. Select
    New
    , then
    Tracker Template
    or
    Tracker Template based on
    .
  4. Select the
    General
    tab.
  5. Enter a name for your Tracker, link it to Services and entities, and set the fields for the Tasks.
  6. Select the
    Tasks
    tab.
  7. Choose which Tasks are needed, their order, importance, and reminder and due dates.
  8. Select the
    Advanced
    tab.
  9. Set amounts for quote and budget, choose a roll forward option, and enter any notes.
  10. Select
    OK
    .

Create a Tracker Task Template in Practice Management

Use Task Templates to define tasks, then add them to Task List Templates and Tracker Templates.
You will need to log in as Administrator or have a role with permissions that allow you to work with Tracker Templates.
  1. Select
    Tools
    ,
    Manage Trackers
    , then
    Manage Tracker Templates
    .
  2. Select
    New
    , then
    Task Template
    .
  3. Enter a
    Name
    for the Task Template.
  4. Enter any optional further details about the task, such as a
    Note
    ,
    Quote
    amount,
    Budget
    amount, and
    Work type
    .
  5. Select
    OK
    .
  6. Add more Task Templates for the tasks that are needed to complete an activity.
You can now create a Tracker List Template and a Tracker Template.
