Activate and log in to a Thomson Reuters account

Thomson Reuters account

From March 2023, users on a new Collaborate instance benefit from a Thomson Reuters account.
note
Most users on instances created after March 2023 use a Thomson Reuters account.
Users on instances created before March 2023 use a HighQ Collaborate account.
Thomson Reuters accounts enable users to have a seamless authentication process between Thomson Reuters products in a secure, consistent, and connected way.

Activating a new account

Before you can access your Thomson Reuters account, a system admin must register a user in
User admin
using your name and email address and then send an invite.
This invitation is sent directly to the inbox of your registered email account.

Logging in

You can use your Thomson Reuters account to log in to any Thomson Reuters site, as long as an admin sends an invitation from that site.
note
In the future, when you receive an invitation to another Thomson Reuters application, site, or otherwise wish to access Collaborate, you must use the

link in the invitation email.
If you have set up access from the invitation email, you can sign in with your Thomson Reuters credentials.
If you have already logged in to any Thomson Reuters site, you are automatically logged in to other Thomson Reuters sites, as long as you have an active account on that site.
