Review and create documents from the Contact Express Questionnaire
HighQ opens the Contact Express questionnaire for review; you can revise any entry from a linked iSheet, or add additional data, before generating the document.
As you fill a questionnaire with multiple pages, or if you open a questionnaire later to
edit answers, the page list shows the current status:
a grey tick indicates that a page has been opened, but is not complete,
a green tick indicates that a page is complete:
Click
Preview
to see a representation of the document before it is generated.
If you change answers to the questions on the left of the window, the preview is updated to show changes.
You can return to an earlier step in an ongoing questionnaire and revise an answer without losing progress beyond that point. Click on the navigation arrows to return to an earlier step.
All users, including users with a
Basic user account
, can edit earlier answers.
When you are satisfied with the selected answers, select
Save & close
to generate the document.
When the document is saved, the
Output iSheet changes to match the submitted answers. The Input iSheet does not change
Error messages when generating documents
If the document generation encounters a problem, an error message is displayed in the top bar.
Check your questionnaire,
template and
settings to address the error and then start the generation process again.
