The target audience of this document is matter managers who can manage templates.
Once the iSheet has been configured, you must now configure the template.
In your site, navigate to the site dropdown and click
Manage templates:

Manage templates
screen, navigate to the template called
Tracker integrated matter intake
(TIMI)
:
Select this template to view it.
Please note, that within this template, the iSheet that was configured is already linked. Meaning any changes committed there are reflected here.
Once you have selected the template, navigate to
Admin
:
In the
Admin
screen, you can configure your template. Below is an example that shows how to set up permissions for your users, groups, columns, etc.
For this example, we have created some users who are approvers, and some who are requesters:
In addition, we have created a requester/approver group:
In addition, we have created a group for all users, called
Legal Department (All)
.
Each of these groups has permissions assigned, shown below:
The above shows us that users in the Legal Department (All) group , can only view and edit their own records, but those chosen to be approvers or reviewers, can view and edit all records.
In addition, you can manage which groups have access to particular columns, via
Admin
, then
Module settings
>
iSheets
>
More actions
>
Manage columns
:
The
Manage columns
screen opens. In the
Manage columns
screen, navigate to the column where you wish to add permissions and click
More actions
>
Edit permissions
:
The
Edit permissions
screen for that column opens:
Select the permissions you require, and select
Save
.
Your permissions are saved and the template is configured.
You now need to configure the workflow. See
Configuring the Legal Tracker workflow
for more information on how to configure the workflow.
Please note that the HighQ Site for legal intake should be configured using the TIMI template. Once the site is created using the TIMI template as the starting point, the workflow action must be configured which sends the Intake request from HighQ to Tracker.
Navigate to
Site Admin
>
Rule Builder
under the
Workflow
menu in the left-hand navigation.
Select the
Legal Tracker workflow
and use the 'More actions' menu to edit the workflow and add a new rule.
