System Reporting Administrator Role
Use the System Reporting Administrator Role to give users access to run reports, but not full system administrator access.
To access this new report, within your profile drop-down, select
System admin
:
The
System admin
screen opens. In the
System admin
screen, navigate to
Users, organizations & groups
>
User groups
:
In the
User groups
screen, there is a group called
System reports administrator
:
Select
More actions
>
Edit group
to add users to this group.
note
By default, no users are members of this group.
In addition, you can only add internal organisation users to this group.
Once you add users to the group, they can view and run the audit report.
