User profile

Your user profile contains your information and can be managed by yourself, or by a system administrator.
To access your profile view, click the profile icon in the top right-hand of the screen, and select
My profile

This displays your profile, but please note that there are two different profile views;

Summary

The summary displays basic user information including
Name
,
Organisation
,
Location
,
Email Address
,
Avatar
,
Organisation Logo
(if added to the organisation record) and
Recent activity
:

Full profile

As the name suggests, the full profile shows all the user information stored in the system; including the information described in the Summary.
The Full profile also displays the user's phone number and office address, including a map. It also contains the following sections, provided that they have been completed:
About me
,
Social information
,
Messaging information
,
Links
and
Secretary information
.

Editing your profile

To edit your profile, while viewing it, select
Edit profile
:
The
Edit profile
screen opens:
You can edit all your details relating to your contact information, about me section, social information, messaging section and social media links.
To switch between these sections, scroll down the page, or click the desired section header in the
Edit details
screen:
Select
Save
to save your changes.
Adding a public profile
This information can now be displayed within the contact details of a Publication, Event or video. Simply enter the URL to your public profile and select
Save
.
Now, when editing a content piece, there is a new checkbox labelled
Public Profile
:
Which must be selected to display the public profile information. Once selected, select
Publish
to save your changes.
In the below example, if we are viewing an article written by Tori Cornwell, and in the article contact section, her public profile is displayed:
