Features panel

The content within a dashboard is created by adding panels, and it is possible to add any number of panels to the dashboard.
Features
 - The Features panel allows you to create certain features, such as plain text or logos.
Additionally, you can set permissions on Features. For example, public viewing or viewing based on organisations. One way you can utilise this would be to show different content for logged-in users versus non-logged-in (public) users.
  • Panel
     - You can select a different panel from this drop-down menu.
  • Title
     - Enter the title of the panel. You can hide the title by selecting the
    Hide title
     checkbox.
  • Layout
     - You can select whether you want to display the title only, or the title with a small, medium-sized or wide thumbnail. Or you can choose to display the image only.
  • Features
     - Select which features you want to add.
    • In order to create a feature you need to navigate to
      Content Hub
       >
      Content Manager
       >
      Features
      .
  • No of items to display
     - Enter the number of items you want to display.
  • Total no of items
     - This is your overall total number of items.
  • Summary
     - Select whether you want no summary, a short (200 character) summary or a full summary.
  • Display in
     - Select whether you want to display panel on all devices, or just desktop/tablet.
  • Panel class
     - This field allows you to apply custom designs using CSS. This is for advanced users.

If you want to have more than one feature (for different permissions) but only to display one, you will need to have the public one displayed last and have the total number of items set to 1:
We have pagination as a Features (Title and medium thumbnail) panel.
When Updating or Creating a Features panel, you will now see the following options:
Here, you can select the number of items to display, and the total number of items.
note
Please note, the total number of items will be set to 20 by default
Select
Save
 to save your changes.
Users can use the available option to remove a feature title, rather than through CSS:
