Form panel

The content within a dashboard is created by adding panels, and it is possible to add any number of panels to the dashboard. You may want to use a form embedded in a page as a simple feedback form for the site.
Form
 - The form panel allows you to insert a form into a panel.
  • Panel
     - You can select a different panel from this drop-down menu
  • Title
     - Enter the title of the panel. You can hide the title by selecting the
    Hide title
     checkbox
  • Form
     - Select the form you want to display in the panel from the drop-down menu. If you have no forms to choose from, please contact the professional services team to help you create new forms
  • Display in
     - Select whether you want to display panel on all devices, or just desktop/tablet
  • Panel class
     - This field allows you to apply custom designs using CSS. This is for advanced users
