Download client data

Once a client completes the Open Banking consent process, the auditor will receive an email informing that bank transactional data is available for download.
The download may include 365 days or more of history depending on the client's consent and their financial institutions data sharing terms.
Auditors can download the data from the
Dashboard
on the
Home
screen or from the
Manage clients
pane on the
Clients
screen.

Dashboard

Take the following steps to download the data from the Dashboard.
  1. Sign in to Open Banking, go to the Dashboard on the
    Home
    screen.
  2. Select the checkbox for each client you want.
  3. Tick the
    I have read and accept the Confirmation User Agreement for Requesters and terms of the Open Banking Portal Schedule
    checkbox.
  4. Select
    Download Report(s)
    .
  5. Choose to save or open the available ZIP file containing your client data, then select
    OK
    .

Manage clients

Take the following steps to download the data from the Manage clients pane.
  1. Sign in to Open Banking, select
    Clients
    .
  2. Select a client from the
    Manage clients
    pane.
  3. Select the checkbox for each request you want to download.
  4. Tick the
    I have read and accept the Confirmation User Agreement for Requesters and terms of the Open Banking Portal Schedule
    checkbox.
  5. Select
    Download Report(s)
    .
  6. Choose to save or open the available ZIP file containing your client data, then select
    OK
    .
