Share folders

  1. Select
    Folders
    from the menu bar.
  2. Select a folder from the My Folders list or select
    New
    to create a folder.
  3. With a folder selected, select
    Share '[folder name]'
    Share folder button with blue folder icon bearing a person icon. .
  4. Select
    Contacts
    .
  5. Choose the people and groups you want to share your folder with.
  6. Select
    Insert
    .
  7. Mark or clear
    Share subfolders of '[folder name]'
    checkbox, then select
    Continue
    .
  8. Use the dropdown lists to choose the folder sharing role for each person or group.
  9. Select
    Share
    .
