About Dynamic Search

Make a search in the form of a question. Dynamic Search will give you answers and extracts from relevant content.

Make a Dynamic Search

When you begin to enter questions in the
Search bar
, Practical Law shows results related to your search in a dropdown list. You may find questions in this list. If you select 1 of these questions, you'll get Dynamic Search results.

Dynamic Search results

The 1st search result is an Editor's Summary. This gives you a brief answer to your question. At the end of the summary, you'll get a link to the most relevant document that matches your question.
After the summary, you'll find a list of the next most relevant documents, including extracts and links. If Dynamic Search finds any, it will also show a list of other related questions.
After the Dynamic Search results, you'll find the normal search results. In these last results, Practical Law highlights the most relevant from each resource type.
