Reset Citrix Receiver or Citrix Workspace on local machine for Digita Suite
This guide is about Citrix Receiver, but you can apply the same steps to Citrix Workspace.
Close all applications you have open from the Digita Virtual Office.
In the System tray, right-click on
Citrix Receiver
and select
Advanced Preferences
.
Select
Reset Receiver
.
Select
Yes
, then
OK
to the dialogs that follow.
If Citrix asks you for an email address, mark the checkbox to not show the dialog, then select
Close
.
note
This feature is not used.
Select
Permit all access
if DVO asks fof access to your computer when you open an application.
If there's another message, mark the
Do not ask again
checkbox and select
Permit use
.
Citrix Receiver should now work correctly accessing your PC for file access and printer integration.
tip
Alternatively, take the following steps if you want to use the Script method.
Download the
DVO User Tool
.
Select
Save
.
Open the ZIP file or extract the contents.
Double-click the
RenameProfileData.cmd
file.
Follow the on-screen instructions. More information can be found in the
readme.txt
file.
If you get a Security dialog, select
More info
, then
Run anyway
.
