Reset the Administrator password on all Digita Suite applications
- From the following list, download the relevant file to your server or main computer where the database is stored.
- Right-click the saved file, then extract the contents.
- Double-click the BAT file.noteThis will open a DOS window, which should ask you to select any key to continue. Once this is complete, your administrator password has now been removed.
- Sign in to the relevant application as the administrator with no password.
