Sign in to the self-service portal to get a receipt of payment. If you're a MyAccount user, follow the second set of steps.

    Payment History
    .
You can also submit a request for a receipt of payment. We will respond to your request within 1-2 business days.

Here's how to request a receipt of payment in MyAccount.
  1. Select
    Billing & Payment
    then
    Payment History
    .
    If you manage multiple accounts, select
    Account History
    then
    Payment History
    .
  2. Select
    Payment Received
    for the details of a payment.
  3. Select an invoice number to open the invoice related to your payment.
