Use credits when making a payment

You can use your credits when making a payment in My Account.

From the account's homepage, select Billing & Payment
and select Open Items & Balance Detail
.

Select the invoice and credits.

Select Add to Payment Cart
.

Select Click to Pay Now
to make a payment using your credit card or bank account.

Select Credit Card
or Bank Account
, enter your information, and select Submit Payment
.

found on the Legal Support Center page and follow the prompts from the chatbot.
