LogMeIn rescue remote support tool

LogMeIn Rescue is a tool Support Representatives use to connect remotely to you to view your screen. To join a LogMeIn Rescue session:
  1. Enter the PIN the support rep gives you and select
    Start Download
    .
    This isn't an installation, just a one-time file you download that lets the remote session open on your computer.
  2. Once downloaded, double-click to run
    Support-LogMeInRescue.exe
    .
  3. Scroll to the end of the Terms and Conditions and select
    Accept
    .
  4. If you get a message asking if you want to let this app make changes to your device, select
    Yes
    .
  5. Once the session starts, you'll see a Thomson Reuters session window. Select
    Ok
    to grant permission for the support rep to view your screen.
  6. Once you're ready to end the session, close the Thomson Reuters session window.
