Enabling the Accounts Receivable service for client staff

Accounting CS Client Access
If your client will use Accounting CS to process accounts receivable in their own office, you must first enable the Accounting CS Client Access service for the client, and then select a service that includes Accounts Receivable.
To enable the Accounting CS Client Access service for a client, you must mark the
Enable Client Access
checkbox in the
Client Access Services
section of the
Add Client
dialog or the Add/Remove Services dialog and then select the appropriate Client Access services for the client.
note
The Accounting CS Client Access service is available only to clients of accounting firms that run Accounting CS in the Virtual Office CS or the Software as a Service (SaaS) environment and firms that use their own hosted environments.
