Spreadsheet import wizard doesn't appear in the Enter batch payroll checks screen

In certain circumstances, the spreadsheet import wizard may not display on the
Enter Batch Payroll Checks
screen when importing a batch of payroll checks.
  1. Select
    Actions
    , then
    Enter Batch Payroll Checks
    .
  2. Select the payroll schedule from the
    Payroll schedule
    dropdown.
  3. Select
    Yes
    so the system creates checks.
  4. Select
    Suspend Batch
    .
  5. Recall the batch by selecting the appropriate schedule from the
    Payroll schedule
    dropdown.
  6. Select
    Cancel Batch
    .
  7. Recall the batch again, and the spreadsheet import wizard will now display.
