Record ID:X - Errors:SHAREDIRFORM015:If Business Name and TIN in Recipient Detail have a value, they must match the IRS database.
This happens when the Business name and TIN entered in Accounting CS are different than what the IRS has on file for Form 1099 recipients.
Solution
Make sure the Business name and TIN of the affected recipients are entered correctly in Accounting CS.
You can also call the IRS to find out how to verify what information they have.
If necessary, file a corrected 1099 for the affected recipients.
