Create separate internet files for clients

Follow these steps to create a separate internet file for each of your clients after you've processed their payroll tax forms.
  1. Select
    Actions
    , then
    Process Internet/Magnetic Files
    .
  2. Select the plus sign for the form you want to create separate internet files for.
  3. Mark the checkboxes for the clients you want to include in the file, then select
    Create Files
    .
    The application creates a folder on the Process Internet/Magnetic Files screen each time you complete the previous steps. It's named
    Batch File X
    , with X being the next available batch number.
