Add client-specific form filing instructions

You can add client-specific filing instructions in the
Reports list
pane of the
Report Designer
.
  1. Select
    File
    , then
    Report Designer
    .
  2. Select
    Letters
      at the end of the
    Reports list
    .
  3. Add a custom folder.
  4. Associate the custom folder with any clients that will use the customized filing instructions.
  5. To create a letter based on the standard Form Filing Instructions letter:
    1. Right-click the
      Form Filing Instructions
      letter and select
      Copy
      from the context menu.
    2. Right-click the custom folder that you created and select
      Paste
      form the context menu. 
  6. To create a new letter:
    1. Right-click the custom folder that you created and select
      New
      then
      Letter
      from the context menu.
    2. Name it
      Form Filing Instructions
      and go to step 7.
  7. Use variable and text options in the
    Design Tools
    to change the instructions.
